Although we are a nation-wide company, our parent company’s decentralized culture allows our Tacoma office to continue the community involvement work that is a big part of who we are as individuals. Developed by our staff, one of our six culture commitments are “We contribute our resources to the communities in which we live and work”.
We are highly encouraged and supported by our branch management to serve on community boards, volunteer our time and participate in community activities. We are provided a matching funds and matching time program, and are able to do good things for our community through our Building Bridges Committee whose objective is:
